HRSupport Business Partners are a group HR focused business that have worked together over time. We have developed the partner list to provide a wide-spectrum of HR services to our individual client base from Staffing, Compensation, Benefits and Employee Relations services to Executive Compensation, and, web-based Payroll & HRIS, HR Communication Portal and Employee Opinion Surveys services.
Our combined client list is impressive. Our clients often benefit from the access the business partners have with each other – as need arises we act as a “ready resource” to each other to best serve our individual client needs; bringing a wealth of practical experience to bear on almost any situation imaginable.
Please note: we do not actively market partner services to our individual clients, however, on an as needed basis we do introduce our individual clients to the other business partners when the client need arises. There are no formal agreements between the partners, we do not have referral fees between us or participate in sharing professional fees on any client engagement.
We refer based on client need and the known quality of a partner's work.
The concept has proven to be beneficial to our clients and allows the business partners to network in a way that is beneficial to the growth of our individual consulting practices.
