About HRSupport

HRSupport was established in 1996 to meet the unique compensation needs of companies in today's rapidly changing labor market.

HRSupport has worked with a variety of companies developing compensation programs, and, providing project and staffing support. Clients range from start-up companies to well-established corporations. These companies include non-profit organizations, privately held companies, for-profit companies and national research labs.

Program emphasis has focused on developing compensation programs that are consistent with company strategies and goals. Development of performance management training tutorials on how to measure performance when awarding merit pay – It's a People Development Tool, Not Just a Scorecard. Beyond developing market-based pay programs, HRS upport has assisted many organizations create and implement staff and management bonus programs, sales commission plans and summary plan documents, conduct specialized/custom salary surveys, and, new-hire and on-going stock program guidelines.

Project support has included salary survey administration, annual review of market rates, skill mix review against market benchmark data, calculation of staff and management bonuses, and, annual administration of focal review process.

Urleana “Donnie” Wilson  – Managing Partner

Donnie brings nearly 10 years of Entrepreneurial and Business Development experience to HRSupport.  Her solid track record of success includes the development of several businesses that she founded, grew into leading organizations, and eventually sold.  These businesses focused on deep customer relationships with client organizations, which Donnie continues to leverage today. 

Consulting, coaching, and managing are other areas of Donnie's expertise. Helping organization’s design and implement compensation solutions that are aligned with their individual business strategies.

Donnie received her degree from University of Missouri, St. Louis
